Beat your record by one. A character sheet for your body.
QuestPump is a free add-on for World of Warcraft. When you turn in a quest, it asks for a pump: a set beside your desk, picked for that quest. You press Start, do the set and type how many you made. Next time the same move asks for one more. Your records, stars and ladders grow on a sheet beside your character.
How it works
- Turn in a quest. When your character stands still, the pump opens.
- Press Start, count down, do the set, type your count.
- Beat your record by one. A miss costs nothing, and the record stands.
- Climb the ladders: a harder move unlocks when you master the one before.
Status
In development, planned for the launch of World of Warcraft: Forever. The add-on will be free and open source (MIT licence). It needs no account, and nothing you type leaves your computer.
Safety
A game, not medical advice. Stop and get help for chest pain, fainting, unusual breathlessness or a racing heart. Severe muscle pain, swelling or dark urine after a session needs a doctor that day. Ask a clinician first if you have heart, lung, kidney or metabolic disease or high blood pressure, are pregnant or had recent surgery.
Every move can be switched off in the settings, and a pain flag removes the moves that load a sore joint.
