Who sells Pro

QuestPump is made by Pluxia GmbH, c/o RB Swiss Group GmbH, Blegistrasse 7, 6340 Baar, Switzerland, contact@questpump.com.

On questpump.com, our online reseller Paddle.com runs the order. Paddle.com is the merchant of record for all our orders there: Paddle sells you Pro, takes the payment, charges the tax and answers questions about your bill.Paddle's buyer terms apply to your purchase. These terms add what we promise about Pro itself.

What you get

QuestPump Pro is a plan you pay for each month or each year. It adds extras to the phone app and to QuestPump on your computer and in your browser: Burnish, the coach, on your phone; charts of your stats, your muscles and your records; your weeks; your pace on every ladder; and more looks for your share cards. The page questpump.com/pro lists what Pro adds on each device.

Every pump, record, ladder and reminder stays free, and so does everything the game reads. Nothing paid reaches the game. We may add to Pro, change it or take a part out. If we take out a main part of Pro, we tell you first. You can then cancel and get back what you paid for the time that is left.

Plans and price

Pro has two plans: monthly and yearly. The monthly plan starts with a free week, and the yearly plan with a free month. You pay nothing in that time. If you cancel before it ends, you pay nothing at all.

The checkout shows your price, in your currency and with tax, before you pay. Paddle charges you when the free time ends, and then again at the start of each month or year. If we change the price, we tell you before the new price applies, and you can cancel before then.

Renewal and cancelling

Pro renews by itself each month or year, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time. Open the Menu in QuestPump on your computer, then Pro, then Manage Pro. Or use the link in Paddle's email. Pro then stays on until the end of the time you paid for, and no new payment comes.

Pro on your progress

Pro goes with your QuestPump progress: the account your devices sync with (see Sync between your devices). Each device that syncs with it shows Pro. You need sync on for that. One plan is for one account.

Pro comes to the progress that links the email you pay with. To link it, open QuestPump's Menu, then Email. You can do that before or after you buy. If you delete your account, your plan does not end by itself. Cancel it first.

Refunds

You can get a payment back within 14 days. The page Refunds says how.

If something goes wrong

We work hard to keep Pro running, but we cannot promise that it always works. If Pro does not work for you, write to us, and we fix it or give you your money back for that time. As far as the law allows, we are liable only for harm we cause on purpose or by gross negligence. This does not limit the rights that the law of your own country gives you.

Law and courts

Swiss law applies to these terms, without the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The courts at our seat in Baar, Switzerland, decide any dispute. If you buy as a consumer, you keep the protection of the law where you live, and you can also go to the courts there.
