Turn in a quest. A pump opens.
Yes, every quest. Even the ten boars. A small quest asks for one move, a big one for a circuit of three.
The pump
Once the quest window closes and you stand still, the screen dims. The armour figure shows each move. Still moving? A small card asks you to stop first.
Your record
Each move shows your record and a goal just past it, like 16+. You type your count, and no one checks it. Your first set of a move is your first record.
The QuestPump line
A small line under your quest tracker shows your level, today's moves, your streak and any unfinished moves. Click the unfinished ones to do them now.
Your character sheet
A QuestPump tab on your Character window opens it: your level, 5 stats and your records. 21 ladders take each kind of move from easy to hard, on one scale from Starter grey to Artifact gold.

Bank it or Skip in one click. Pause as long as you like.
The boss comes first. The pump waits until the fight is over. In a dungeon, its moves stay unfinished and join your next pump.
- Bank it saves the pump's moves for later. They join your next pump as unfinished moves.
- Pause stops pumps for an hour, 4 hours, until 4 a.m. or until you turn them back on.
- Skip drops one unfinished move. It earns nothing and costs nothing.
- Something hurts marks a sore joint, and your pumps leave out the moves that use it. I feel unwell shows the safety note and offers a pause.
- Moves per quest on Light gives one move a quest.
- With friends? Your first quest with friends who don't run QuestPump asks once: Bank all, or Pause while grouped.

At your first login, the add-on asks for QuestPump on your computer and the phone app. Each gets a check mark once it is set up. Rather play without them? Press Play without them, and the add-on starts at once.
The phone and watch app
Start a play session on your watch, and each pump counts down on your wrist, with a heart-rate check mark that never stops a pump. And the phone app works without the game.
