The facts
QuestPump is free. It starts with an add-on for World of Warcraft: Forever. Every quest you turn in asks for a pump: a few push-ups, squats, stretches or yoga moves beside your desk. You type your count and beat your own record. Free apps for Mac, Windows, iPhone and Android go with it. Pluxia GmbH in Switzerland makes it. It is in development, with no release date yet. It is out now.

In one line
Every quest you turn in costs a few moves at your desk. Beat your own records. A character sheet for your body.
How a pump goes
Turn in a quest and stand still, and the screen dims. An armour figure shows each move beside your record. You do the move, type your count and earn XP.
The Forever beta forgets add-on saves. QuestPump on your computer keeps a copy, and it runs pumps on your screen. The phone app counts each pump down on your wrist during a play session, and runs pumps without the game.
PartFeatures
What it does
- A pump for every quest. Even the ten boars. A small quest asks for one move, a big one for a circuit of three.
- A plan for the day. Strength, cardio, stretching and yoga: 35, 25, 20 and 20 % on the default plan.
- Your own records. Your first set is your first record. Then each goal is just past your recent best.
- Push-ups come in seven colours. From Starter grey to Artifact gold. Most steps open once their main move hits its top count on two days.
- An armour figure. One rep of every move, at real tempo.
- A character sheet. A QuestPump level to 60, then Paragon ranks past it. Five stats, titles and a weekly vault.
- With friends. Cheer, make pacts and duel. No leaderboards.
- Your rules. Switch off any move. Bank it, Pause and Skip are one click away. Something hurts leaves out a sore joint's moves.
- After other games. Match over? A pump is ready: Counter-Strike 2, Dota 2 and Rocket League on your computer, Lichess and Steam on your phone.
- Private. No account, no ads, no telemetry.

The armour figure
Use these in your coverage of QuestPump. Each still is a PNG of 480 pixels with a clear background. Each film is an MP4: the move on top, and under it a mask for the cloth's colour.

PartFor streamers
The Streamer layout
In the add-on's settings, under General, set Layout to Streamer.
- The screen never goes dark for a pump, so your stream stays clear.
- The pump card sits in a corner. Drag it where your stream needs it.
- The day's tally stays on the screen: pumps, moves, records, stars, cardio time and unfinished moves. A star means a record on its way to the next move.
- Type /qp card for the session card: the day's numbers on one card, with Share and Screenshot.
